I can’t even explain how thankful I am for this season at Next Step Dance Studio and especially for Miss Jacq. At the start of the season, my daughter was SO shy. She would cry, hide behind me, and was scared to go into class alone. Making friends and feeling comfortable in new situations was really hard for her. But Miss Jacq was so patient and caring from day one. She would look for her when she got nervous, help her feel included, and always made her feel safe and loved. Now she runs into dance by herself, gets so excited to see her friends every week, and honestly acts like a little dance pro now. Seeing her confidence grow this much makes me emotional because she’s like a completely different kid compared to the beginning of the season. Thank you, Miss Jacq, for loving these kids the way you do and for helping my daughter come out of her shell.
