6-Week Mini Sessions
at Next Step Dance Studio
Want your child to experience the magic of dance but don’t want the long-term commitment? These mini sessions are perfect for beginners or for busy families that aren’t ready to commit to a regular season dance class! This is an excellent way to try something new, meet new friends and develop new skills. Join us for these 6-week sessions of fun and dancing!
Dress code: It is recommended that you wear any type of comfortable athletic wear. Things like legging and tank tops work great! Ballet shoes you can wear, or you can come in bare feet.
Cost: $72 for 30 min. and $87 for 45 min.

Session I: Sept. 11-Oct. 21
Session II: Oct. 23-Dec. 9 (No Classes Nov. 20-26)
Session III: Jan. 8-Feb. 17th
Session IV: Feb. 19- April 6th (No classes March 25-March 31)

Ages 18 Months - 3 Years
Twinkle Toddler and Me
6-week session, meets once a week for six weeks. No dance shoes are needed. Introduce your child to the magical world of movement and music. Available for students ages 18 months to 3 and a caregiver, each class promotes development in social, motor, and cognitive skills. As you join your child each week, you will notice the improvement in their self-esteem and confidence as they explore new and exciting activities with the security of you right beside them.
6 Week Mini Session – 30 minutes – $72/6 week session (no registration fee, pay for session at the time of registration)
This class does not perform in recital – no costume.
With parent – no dance shoes needed (wear comfy clothes & socks).
Ages 3-5 Years
Session I Sept. 11-Oct. 21: Twinkle Fun!
A dance class containing ballet, & creative movement. Engaging music is used to get students inspired to dance. The secret to the class is that it is structured and fun!
Session II Oct. 23-Dec. 9 (No Classes Nov. 20-26): Twirl & Swirl Frozen Style!
Dancers will have a chilling blast of fun twirling & dancing while creating friendships to everyone’s favorite Disney music. Your child is invited to dress as their favorite Frozen character.
Session III Jan. 8-Feb. 17th: Twirl & Tumble
Learn the basics of jazz and tumbling/acro in this action-packed class. The secret to the class is that it is structured and fun!
Session IV Feb. 19- April 6th (No classes March 25-March 31): Princess Ballerinas
Does your child love to twirl, play, hop and make-believe? Then she will love becoming a Princess Ballerina, where she’ll hop, skip and twirl through an imaginary dance adventure.
Session V: April 8- May 18th: We Don’t Talk about Bruno!
In this class, we don’t talk about Bruno but we do talk about dance! Dance to our favorite songs from Encanto. If you love Encanto, then this is the class for you! Dancers are encouraged to wear their favorite Encanto-inspired or Disney clothes.

Session I Sept. 11-Oct. 21: Kids Bop & Pop
Bounce along to the beat in this high-energy Jazz/Hip-Hop class. For children who love music and like to be active.
Session II Oct. 23-Dec. 9 (No Classes Nov. 20-26): Get Your Glow On
Flashing lights, dance all night at our mini glow-in-the-dark dance class! Grab your neon-colored clothes and get ready to dance! Learn new & fun Jazz/hip hop choreography to your favorite songs.
Session III Jan. 8-Feb. 17th: Tumble, Jump & Dance
This class will do a little tumbling/acro and an intro to basic jazz dance. This is an action-packed class.
Session IV Feb. 19- April 6th (No classes March 25-March 31): Just for Fun!
This class is a little bit of everything! Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop & Acro. Acro technique includes balancing, limbering, tumbling, and partnering, based on flexibility, contortion, and strength.
Session V April 8- May 18th: Mix it up! Jazz, Hip Hop & Acro
This class is action-packed with high-energy movement. Dancers should be ready to move in Jazz, Hip Hop and bend and stretch in Acro. You won’t want to miss this class!

Refresh & Stretch is a full hour of relaxation and gentle movement. This stretching based class focuses on releasing tension throughout the entire body while also moving your body and increasing your flexibility.
Cardio Barre uses upbeat and fast-paced songs, the movement never stops! This class focuses on each major muscle group making sure that you receive a full body workout. The first half consists of center movements and exercises. The second half uses the same energy and speed but focuses solely on barre exercises.
