Classes meet once a week for 4 weeks.

Session I: June 29-July 23
Session II: July 27-August 20

Advanced Jazz/Leaps/Turns (Ages 12+): 

Four week session, meets once a week for four weeks. No dance shoes needed. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in (tshirt, shorts/sweatpants, socks). Leaps and Turns is a technique class designed to improve the overall ability of the dancers in all forms of dance. Students will work to increase extension, flexibility, turns with more precision and various leaps. Dancers will focus on a variety of leaps, jumps, chaînès, pirouettes, fouettès, etc., appropriate for age and level.

Advanced Lyrical (Ages 12+):

Four week session, meets once a week for four weeks. No dance shoes needed. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in (tshirt, shorts/sweatpants, socks). Lyrical dance utilizes techniques from both ballet and jazz to create an emotional and expressive dance that is meant to relate to the lyrics on the songs being danced to. Dancers will learn a warm up, across the floor combinations and different dances each week.

Advanced Hip Hop (Ages 12+):

Four week session, meets once a week for four weeks. No dance shoes needed. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in (tshirt, shorts/sweatpants, socks). Hip Hop class provides a structured method of learning various Hip Hop dance movements in a fun filled and vibrant class environment. Each class consists of a warm-up, across-the-floor combinations, and choreography with popular hip hop steps from today’s dance floors.

Musical Theater (Ages 11–18):

Four week session, meets once a week for four weeks. No dance shoes needed. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in (t-shirt, shorts/sweatpants, socks). Musical Theater introduces dancers to singing, acting, and dancing through fun, age-appropriate Broadway-style choreography and storytelling. This class builds confidence, musicality, and stage presence while encouraging creativity, expression, and teamwork.

Modern (Ages 9-18):

Four week session, meets once a week for four weeks. No dance shoes needed. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in (t-shirt, shorts/sweatpants, socks). Modern introduces dancers to expressive, grounded movement that blends elements of contemporary and creative dance. This class focuses on musicality, coordination, and body awareness while encouraging individuality, emotion, and confidence through movement exploration and performance-based exercises.

Leadership Training (Ages 9+):

Eight week session, meets once a week for eight weeks. This eight week training course teaches how to be a class assistant, how to help out with events, how to teach events, and how to be a leader in both the studio and the community. Dancers will be a part of the National Honor Society of Dance Arts and have access to exclusive Leadership events. This is an ALL YEAR commitment. The older Leadership dancers will take the training this year into their own hands and mentor the new Leadership dancers.
