Summer Options for Adults
Classes meet once a week for 4 weeks.
Session I: June 16-July 17 (closed June 30-July 4)
Session II: July 21-Aug. 15
Refresh & Stretch (Ages 18 and Up):
4 week session, meets once a week for four weeks. No dance shoes needed. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in (tshirt, shorts/sweatpants, socks). Refresh & Stretch is a full hour of relaxation and gentle movement. This stretching based class focuses on releasing tension throughout the entire body while also moving your body and increasing your flexibility.
Cardio/Barre (Ages 18 and Up):
4 week session, meets once a week for four weeks. No dance shoes needed. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in (tshirt, shorts/sweatpants, socks). Using upbeat and fast-paced songs, the movement never stops! This class focuses on each major muscle group making sure that you receive a full body workout. The first half consists of center movements and exercises. The second half uses the same energy and speed but focuses solely on barre exercises.
